With reference to your letter of the 1st.
ultimo, relating to the furtherance of co-operation in education
between the different Countries of Our Empire, I am directed to
inform you that your League may count on the interest and co-
-operation of this Government in aiding with advice or supply-
-ing information when the time comes for preparing the volume
on the Crown Colonies to which Professor Bury's letter of which
you enclosed a copy refers.
When the next Exhibition of the "Schools of
the Empire" is held, this Government will co-operate in respect
of it if timely notice is afforded of the date of the Exhibition,
As regards the question of your Agency in
the matter of Reciprocal Education between the Schools of the
Empire, this Colony will be glad to accept your League as its
Agent in such a matter.
