I have the honour to forward for
Your Lordship's consideration an application by Dr. C. M.
Heanley, Assistant Bacteriologist, for promotion in His
Majesty's Colonial Service.
2.
Dr. Heanley was appointed to his
present post in April, 1906, and the Principal Civil
Medical Officer reports that he has performed his duties
in a satisfactory manner. He is at the present time acting
as Racteriologist in the absence on leave of Dr.

Hunter.
