suggestions regarding Wei Hai Wei would be unaffected.
But as
regards appointing an Inspector for Hong Kong, it would have
to be remembered that a Cadet would not be qualified to give the
initial impetus to the Evening Continuation Classes, which the
new Headmaster of Queen's College will know how to give. Pend-
ing the appointment of the new Headmaster, if it is likely to
be long delayed, it would be better to appoint an Inspector
from Home on a 3 years agreement, one specially qualified to
superintend those Classes.
