Corporation and the French group in equal moieties,
and that the Belgian group referred to in the memoran-
dum communicated by the French Embassy is not inter-
ested in the business except so far as the French group
may be willing to admit them to a participation in
that part of the capital, which is to be at the dis-
posal of the French group.
His Majesty's Government also understand that the
Chairman of the Company is to be a British subject ap-
pointed by the British group and he will have a cast-
ing-vote.
