or telephone hourly readings between 6 A.M. and 8 P.M. from the anemometer at the Peak Signal Station.
Members of the Public shall at all times be permitted within the boundaries of the Victoria Peak Signal Station for the purpose of viewing the scenery except during hostilities or manoeuvres or when specially excluded therefrom by the order of the Senior Officer Commanding on the Naval Station; but the Public shall not be allowed inside any of the buildings upon the said lot.
