With reference to Sir F. Nathan's dispatch no 2026 of 3rd August 1905, (31950) I have the honour to transmit to you a copy of the enclosed letter from the Acting Colonial Secretary with regard to the terms of the conveyances of Kowloon Marine Lots nos 35 & 36 and Hongkong Marine Lots nos 20 & 21 to the Admiralty.
