With reference to your letter of the 15th June, No.9439/1904, on the subject of the re-adjustment of the boundaries of Naval Property abutting on Macdonnell Road in Kowloon, I have the honour to inform you that there is no local objection, provided that the re-adjustment of the boundary is carried out free of any charge to the Admiralty.
2. The extension of the Boundary Wall referred to in the last paragraph of the Director of Public Works letter will be deferred for the present as I am submitting the matter to the Admiralty and, as soon as a reply is received, I will communicate further with your Excellency.
