To boot. Sec.

Amma, 1977.

160

Included in the conveyance of Lots 35 and 36, the condition which I have quoted as precedent to the transfer of the portion of Austin Road will now be embodied in the deed. The rights of the Colonial Government in respect of these lots appear therefore to be sufficiently safeguarded, and in the case of Lots 20 and 21 there seems no reason why they should not be waived.

6. In order that this may be done and that the conveyances of Marine Lots 20 and 21 may be amended as desired by the Admiralty, the deeds should be sent back to the Colony for amendment as regards Marine Lots 35 and 36 and for endorsement as regards Marine Lots 20 and 21, the conveyances for which have already been executed.

7. The opportunity will be taken at the same time to make the re-adjustments of boundaries referred to in the enclosed copy of correspondence.

I have the honour to be,

My Lord,

Your Lordship's most obedient,

humble servant,

and Governor, &c.
