12th. That the purchase of any stores for which there can be no competition owing to their being only one firm in the Colony able to supply, be sanctioned by His Excellency the Governor, as occasion requires.

13th. That a list of stores bought locally at odd times, and which were not in the annual tender be submitted for sanction every three months.

14th. That it is still necessary to send the original stamped together vouchers to the Treasury with the schedule dockets, summary of expenditure and copy of cash book.

I have the honour to ask that these points be brought up at the next monthly meeting for discussion and sanction of His Excellency.
