(e) Infectious diseases will not be treated in the Hospital.
(f) Any instructions issued by the Visiting Physician shall be complied with subject to reference to the Governor.
9. I may add in conclusion that the project is in my opinion an admirable one and deserving of the strongest support. The Chinese have subscribed liberally, and the interest they have evinced in the matter augurs well for its success which will, I hope, be assured by the assistance of this Government on the lines which I have recommended.
