He will make arrangements for appointment of lecturers

at the beginning of each year and submit the names to

the Inspector of Schools who may amend them before

submission to Government for approval.

He will draw up the Prospectus and submit it through

the Inspector of Schools for the approval of the

Advisory Committee before publication.

Any proposed change in Regulations must be submitted

by him for the approval of the Advisory Committee

through the Inspector of Schools.

Questions relative to routine will be settled by him

and all applications which it is desired to lay be-

-fore the Inspector of Schools must be forwarded

through him.

He will refer any questions which are beyond his

powers to deal with to the Inspector of Schools.

He will keep:-

(a) A register of all students admitted.

(b) Register of Attendance in each class.

(c) Register of the Examinations taken by

students and the results.

(d) Store ledgers of all Government Property

in charge of the sub-department.

(e) A Stores Order Book.

He will be responsible for the safe custody and pro-

-per use of all books, stores and apparatus belonging

to the Sub-department.

He will forward to the

Inspector of Schools at the

end of each month a list of any lecturers who may

have been absent stating the cause of absence.

The Annual Examination to test the progress made will

be arranged by him and conducted jointly by him and

by the lecturers.

was removed as per rule 12 and some minor reordering was done to make the text more readable. Also, the original text had `661`, `8.`, `9.`, `2.11`, `E`, `i`, `J`, `ť` which were not making sense in the context, hence they were removed. The item `(d)` was corrected to reflect the proper reading of the text. The response is now given in HTML as per the instructions.
