Memorialist does not ask for a restatement but
(a) for extra pay for doing two men's work on the ground that it was successively given to others in similar charges
(b) to be informed of the charge brought against him by W Atkinson as he considers the latter's action irregular.
I don't see that he is entitled either for (a) he should have applied at the time and
regarding (b) he was informed of the charge which he was required to answer.
I decline to interfere.
There can be no question that he is not entitled to extra pay. There is no provision for
