surety of the absconding shroff there is no question now of your being called on for a refund but His Excellency desires me to point out that you have been extremely negligent and that the matter is the more serious inasmuch as it has occurred in your case for the second time.
You should therefore understand that unless you can show Government reason for believing that you have a proper conception for the future of the duties and responsibilities of an Officer entrusted with the supervision of collection of Revenue and disbursement of Expenditure you cannot hope to be again employed in a position of financial trust.
