The Fiddes Lancas (Minutes.) I think they have a rather severe case to put up a written defence, which seems very reasonable. And the money matter is of great importance.
I affirm proposal to write off the amount as a matter of accounting. I should not have thought that it was necessary. If it is recovered from the balance, Mr. Wai Lam in 279/1506 ought equally to thank her written off, but it is not, the amount written off being the deficit after his security had been realised.
