I have the honour to submit for
the signification of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance No. -
3 of 1907 entitled "An Ordinance to authorize the Appropria-
-tion of a Supplementary Sun of Four hundred and Seventy-
-seven thousand Eight hundred and Forty-nine Dollars and
Fifty-three Cents, to defray the charges of the year 1906",
together with the customary report of the Attorney-
-General thereon.

accordance with Financial Instruction No. 40 the Appropria-
-tion Account for the year 1906 which embodies full inform-
-ation respecting the increases and decreases on each
subhead of the Estimates.
