18772 Referring to Mr. Lyttelton's Despatch No. 213 of the 15th July, 1904, I have the honour to enquire whether, in the event of Mr. F. A. Biden being placed upon the permanent establishment in this Colony on the expiration of his three years' agreement, he will ultimately be entitled to draw pension from Trinidad funds in respect of his service in that Colony prior to his transfer to Hongkong.
