My Lord,
I have the honour to report that
I have granted to Dr. W. Doberek, Director of the Hongkong
Observatory, a pension at the rate of $1,960 per annum
payable in England at 3 s. 8 d. to the dollar with effect
from the 13th. September next and that the Crown Agents
have been instructed to issue pension to him as it becomes
due.
