Kowloon Tung Wa Hospital Dispensaries.

Instructions regarding the removal of sich persons or dead bodies,

Certified Non-infectious onses.

1.

There is no restriction on the removal of cick persona suf-

fering from a non-infectious disease.

2.

In the case of poraone who have died from a non-infectious

ray dianase the body mas" be removed at any time after t'e death has

been registered and a burial certificate obtained.

3.

On Sundays and holidays the Polios Inspectors will always

give a removal permit if the oause of death is certified.

4.

No body can be removed from the colony without a permit

from the Police.

5. No permit is required for removal direct to the Mortuary

but applications must be made at the Disinfecting Station for

cannot remove bodies unless the death has been registered or a

removal permit obtained.

Uncertified cases.

Thenever a dead body is reported in a house and the causO

of death is not certified it must be treated as a suspected cam

of plague and a report made to the Disinfecting Station.

If the relatives wish the body to be removed by the Roanok

Kise staff, the olerk must at the same time as he reports ask

the officer in charge to send the Tung Wa Hospital coolies, and

must go to the house himself to supervise the coolies.

2. There a road body is reported elsewhere than in a house the

Police must be informed and no further action taken.

Infectious cases.

All cases of infectious disease must be reported at once to the
