interfere with the coolies or give them orders or question the Inspector's orders. If the coolies break anything he must report the fact to the Inspector and must include the article in the valuation of things destroyed.
9. If the inmates wish, the clerk will make a list of articles removed for disinfecting.
10. If the clerk wishes to be present during cleansing and disinfection he must wear overalls and rubber shoes, and on leaving the premises hand the overalls to the foreman to be disinfected.
The same rules apply to the city spies etc.
