I have the honour to inform Your Lordship that I have granted to Lance Sergeant Alexander Robertson, of the Hongkong Police Force, a pension at the rate of $266.70 per annum payable in England at 3s. 8d. to the dollar with effect from the 1st of June next, and that the Crown Agents have been instructed to issue pension to him as it becomes due.
