Min Stollard (in the case for vacances in East Africa of Government affoentum and further letters dated November 16th and December 10th, but they forwarded the correspondence) on the subject of their wish that the East Africa post be transferred to another enquiry as to whether their applications were also received by the Department :

Wherefore the letter of February 1907 came. In the letter of November 9th 1906 the King asked that a candidate be recommended for the post. The Office asked the Committee to take into consideration both Min Stollard's and Min Shelbourne's remarks and sent them out to Min Stollard in Hong Kong and to Min Shelbourne.
