Council considered and found proved two charges of insobriety brought against John Coyle, Overseer, Second Class, in the Public Works Department.
They advised that as he had previously been found guilty of a similar offence he should be suspended from the exercise of the functions of his office pending the decision of the Secretary of State for the Colonies regarding his dismissal from the Public Service.
