This is to certify that Mr A. P. Guterres has served
as 3rd and 2nd Clerk in the Harbour Department from 1888 to
date during which time he has performed his duties in a reliable painstaking and efficient manner and to my entire satisfaction. He has had charge of the Shipping Office.
