Council recommended, the Honourable the Principal Civil Medical Officer dissenting, that Mr. Conolly should be suspended from the exercise of the functions of his office pending the decision of the Secretary of State for the Colonies regarding his dismissal from the Service.
They advised that he should in the meantime be granted an alimentary allowance of $50 a month.
