With reference to Ordinance No.2 of 1866, No.1 of 1890, & 5 of 1900 Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation applies for local legislation for increase of capital 10,000,000 dollars by 5,000,000 dollars immediately by 40,000 shares $125 dollars each, one new to two old shares. Also applies for extension of Ordinance twenty-one years from 14th August next year.
