Referring to your letter of the 30th ult, 44135/1906, we now beg to return you herewith the Ordnance No 10 you were kind enough to lend us and for the loan of which we thank you.

The case was decided this morning and we understand the Judgment is to be appealed from to the House of Lords. We do not suppose the enclosed Ordnance will be required again, but if it should be we have no doubt you will lend same to us.
