Peking, September 6, 1906, WITH reference to my telegrain No. 161 of the 31st ultimo, I have the honour to report that last night I was officially notified by the Wai-wu Pu of the intended establishment, at unspecified date, of a customs-house at Antung, with a branch at Ta-tung-kou.
I have repeated the above to Tokió.
