I am directed by Secretary Sir Edward Grey to

acknowledge the receipt of your letter 17157/1906 of

the 5th instant and to inform you that he concurs in

the suggestion of the Secretary of State for the

Colonies to approve the proposal of the Governor of

Hongkong to establish, as a temporary measure, a

postal agency at Tientsin.
