Telegram from Foreign Office to Mr. Beaumont, Lisbon, dated January 10th, 1906, 2 Treaty.
It is suggested that Prince Arthur of Connaught, who arrives at Hongkong on February 9th on his way to Japan to invest the Emperor with the Garter, might visit Macao, remaining there for one night.
Ascertain from Portuguese Government whether it could be arranged that this visit should be entirely private and unofficial?
