With reference to your letter No. 194, dated 8th ultimo, regarding the exclusion of payments to be made to the Colony, on the winding up of the Praya Reclamation Fund, from the revenue liable to military contribution, I am commanded by the Army Council to forward a copy of a letter which has been addressed to the Treasury on the subject.
