I do not think Mr. Baker is capable of running
the Tunnel Sub Division alone. Mr. Logan's office will
be at the North Face and Mr. Baker's at the South Face.
Mr. Baker will be responsible altogether for the Lines
and Levels in the Tunnel and Mr. Logan will more
particularly look after the labour.
The Lokloha Sub Divisional Office can be at
the Tunnel North Face if required which will save one
cashier.
