Account after refunding out of it all interest which has been paid but we will forward you a statement showing the position as soon as we are able to do so.

5. The balance remaining after all adjustments have been made we propose to employ at interest until the dividend on the Stock falls due on the 15th of October next when it will be used towards payment of it.

6. In arriving at the balance as between the General Account of the Colony and the Loan Accounts we shall take into account the whole of the interest which has been paid by the Colonial Government in connection with the temporary Loan, and when these refunds are exhausted it will become necessary for us to resume drawing upon the Colonial Government for our current requirements.
