With reference to your letter No.23785 of the
26th July enclosing a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong with regard to the provision of a third court in the New Law Courts now under construction, I have the honour to enclose a copy of a letter which we have received from the Consulting Architects on the subject.

We shall be glad to receive the Secretary of State's instructions as to whether the Architects should be
requested to prepare plans in illustration of their view.
