In continuation of His Excellency Sir Matthew Nathan's Secret despatch of the 16th November last, on the subject of negotiations for the completion of a Loan Agreement and of a Joint-Working Agreement in connection with the proposed Canton-Kowloon Railway, I have the honour to forward for Your Lordship's information and record copies of despatches dated the 1st and 12th November respectively from His Majesty's Minister at Peking with enclosures consisting of minutes of the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th meetings, the final loan agreement as signed on the 10th November, and Sir John Jordan's despatch No.464 of the 12th November.
