Here again she was compelled & disregard almost the whole of the evidence

In these cases, this charge also appears to me to have been proved.
4. The only part which I consider that he has not proved to the charge is the receipt of the articles specified in charge (c), with anticipation.
I consider that his conduct in that matter will be sufficiently punished if he is reprimanded & required to pay for the articles which he has received.
