I am in receipt of your letter of today's date, and
observe that your client refuses the offer of $10,000 in settlement
of her claim for compensation.
I now beg to repeat the offer unconditionally and
give you notice that I shall inform the arbitrators that the offer
has been made.
Kindly inform me who will act as arbitrator for your
client.
