Kowloon Marine Lot 27:
(b). Crown Rent at the rate of $350 an acre:
(c). Premium at the rate of 224 cents a square foot, such premium to be paid into the Treasury within 3 days of the date of a letter conveying the sanction of the Secretary of State, and Crown Rent to commence from the date of that letter.

I have now to ask Your Lordship's authority for granting the area referred to on the terms indicated in paragraph 2, and in the event of Your Lordship approving those terms I shall be obliged if the single word "Dock" can be telegraphed to me, as it is very desirable that this transaction should be completed during the present financial year.
