I herewith submit plan and sections, marked ****, prepared 'in accordance with His Excellency's suggestions. It is possible that, if 'F' be adopted, the Architects may desire to modify the elevation to some extent.
It is understood that the Third Court need not be adapted for criminal trials, for which a dock, with special access, would be required.
