My Lord,
I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance to authorize the construction and maintenance of certain Naval and Military Works upon and over certain portions of the Crown foreshore and sea bed situate upon the Harbour frontage of the City of Victoria, in this Colony".
2. The customary report by the Attorney-General is annexed.
3. This Ordinance has formed the subject of correspondence ending with Sir Henry A. Blake's Despatch No. 522 of the 16th November, 1903, in which it was explained that pending the settlement of the boundary between War Office Property and the proposed Praya East Reclamation no progress could be made with the measure for legalizing the Admiralty Reclamation.
