Report on Ordinance No.? of 1905.
I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to amend the Bannery Ordinance 1905
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to
the Governor's Instructions.
The object of this Ordinance is to correct an error in
the third section of the Principal Ordinance in which the
reference should have been to the Supreme Court of Judicature
and not to the High Court of Judicature.
