I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of

your letter of the 14th. August, 1906, on the subject of the

leave of absence that has been granted to Your Honour, and to

call attention, as I have already done in my letter of the 14th

June, 1905, to the letter addressed to you by Mr. Lucas on the

Bri. Hebruary of that year in which you were inforrel that in

this Colony, as the Court vacations are short, Juizes are

treated as ordinary civil servants in the matter of vacation

leave.
