I have the honour to apply for vacation leave from
the 5th. to the 19th. September next inclusive, and also for
permission to be absent from the Colony during the vacation of
the Court, (which commences on the 20th. September and terminates
on the 17th. Uctober). I propose to visit Corea.
2.
From the information at present available with re-
gard to the dates of sallings I find that I shall be able to
return to the Colony on the 15th. vctober.
3.
As it is probable that three of the practising
Counsel will be aosent from the Colony during the above periol
no inconvenience is likely to be occasioned to suitors.
4.
His honour Vr. Justice #ise has kindly consentei to
attend to such matters as way require immediate attention during
#y absence.
