the inspection the errors would have been corrected.

The Revenue appeared to me to be coming in fairly well allowing for various circumstances and I had no suspicion that any- thing was wrong until I acted as indicated in my letter No.17 of the 7th. March last.

This action on my cart orecipitated the discovery of the frauds a fact for which I might get such credit as it may be con- sidered to deserve.
