The Crown leases of Kowloon Inland Lots 755 and 757
(iii).
to be surrendered within 7 days of the date mentioned in (i) and new leases to be taken out for these lots, including the areas un- der consideration, for the unexpired tern of the existing leases. (iv). A public road, 50 feet in width, to be formed by Government along the east side of Kowloon Inlard Lot 757, whenever that lot is built upon.
