I have the honour to submit for the signi❤
fication of His Majesty's pleasure Ordinance No.4 of 1906
entitled "An Ordinance to authorise the Appropriation of a
Supplementary sum of Two hundred and seventy-sight thousand
four hundred and twelve Dollars and eight Cents to defray
the Charges of the year 1905" together with the customary
report of the Attorney General thereon.

I have further to transmit in accordance
with Financial Instruction No.40 the Supplementary Estimates
for 1905 which embody full information respecting the ex-
cesses and savings on each subhead of the Estimates.
