as a class-teacher, will be adequate remuneration.

The Committee should be entrusted with the
duty of selecting suitable teachers, and we anticipate that they will have no difficulty in obtaining their services on the terms suggested. Teachers should be engaged on the understanding that in the event of any class being discontinued, their services may be
dispensed with without notice.

An estimate of the expenditure is attached,
(Enclosure 3.) The scheme of classes submitted can only be re- -garded as tentative, and it is to be anticipated that numerous modifications will be found necessary when it is put into practice.
