General Officer Commanding and the Commodore I have been
shown over the Military and Naval Hospitals. The former"
at present situated in Queen's Road is about to be replaced
by the Building above the Bowen Road which has for many
years been in course of erection. It will contain 124 beds
for soldiers in general wards besides eight special wards
and will be by far the most modern and complete Institution
of this nature in the Colony.
