The return showing the number and
causes of deaths registered during the year which has
hitherto been printed with the annual Report of the
Registrar-General as well as with that of the Medical
Officer of Health has now been omitted from the former as
well as all information as to population and death rate
which appears in the Medical Reports for the year. The
report on the Po Leung Kuk and the accounts of the Tung Wa
Hospital formerly published as separate sessional papers
have been printed this year as appendices to the report
of the Registrar-General as these institutions are also
dealt with in the body of that report.
