I have the honour to inform Your
Lordship that owing to the resignation of a locally engaged
Officer there is a vacancy in the Public Works Department
for an Assistant Land Surveyor and to request that the
Crown Agents for the Colonies may be instructed to engage
a suitable person for this post.
