Prior to accepting my present position, I was for eight years Head Master of a school to Wales, which was invariably classed "Excellent" and received the highest Government Grants, (8.) As far as I am awaze, no other Master bas, prior to
socepting Government service in the Colony, occupied such a position or had similar experience in the organization and working of Elementary Schools,

At home, past experience is the most important factor in determining increases of salary and oromotion, and I think some special consideration should be given for the

The numbers at Seiyingoon have increased from 50 to 90. Notwithstanding the been competition that there is ab West Point, I have every reason to believe that with judicious treatment and care, the numbers will, another year approximate to 200,

The School has added to its curriculan - Drawing, Swimming, Physical Drill, Football, Excursions together with experimental Science and Physiology lessons in connec- tion with the Bygiene Course,
(c.) One of the boys secured 18th, olace in the Advanced
Hygiene Examination.
(1.) At the entrance examination to Cueen's College two of
my boys secured the two boo places,
I hold an Academical Diploma.
